Wonderful overnight stay in lovely Lido

The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The staff was friendly and so helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxi assistance. We had great weather and was able to spend the afternoon on the beach. We wish we had a few days to spend in beautiful Lido. Thank you for your hospitality!

If I were to visit the Venezia Lido again, I would think that Petit Palais was a good place to stay.

Everything was very satisfactory. I especially appreciated how helpful the front desk personnel were.

It would have been nice if the breakfast room curtains would have been open. But for some reason they were always closed.

Good service, bright and clean facility, right on the beach.

Very clean facility and room. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We rented their bikes for the day for 15 euros - had a great ride out to the pier. Location was great in terms of walkability to local restaurants and any needs you might have - pastry, fruit, wine, etc. Local wine in the fruit and vegetable store was only 4.50 euros a bottle.

The Cabanas and the chairs and tables are expensive to book. 30 to 100 euros for the day. We managed without them. If we had had a full sun day we likely would of booked one.

Lido gets better every time beach holiday mixed with amazing sightseeing

Location amazing the staff are so welcoming and gracious .. we were greeted by Silvino on arrival he set the tone for our whole trip ..hotel spotless so comfortable rooms are cleaned everyday beautiful breakfast great value for money the hotel has a beachfront you have two holidays in one with this location just a short hop over to Venice attractions perfect 10

What was the highlight of Hotel Petit Palais

Perfect location to balance the relaxation of Lido and the many sites to see in Venice.

Very nice welcome, we were shown to our room and had courtesy drinks brought up 5 minutes later. Staff were extremely accommodating and always very friendly. Beachfront location and short walk from nearest bus station. Can hire bikes directly from hotel Euro 15 per day and the island is so flat it's easy to explore by bike.

We took a taxi twice to the ferry port (about 1 mile) first time Euro 10 second time Euro 18 so not very consistent and quite expensive for a mile - we did this once because it was heavy rain and second time as had early start to get back to airport both were avoidable. Highly recommend the 3 day pass which covers all ferries and bus routes for Euro 45 per person.

Wonderful view, super friendly staff

Location and the view to the ocian were wonderfull. Staff was super friendly - any time!

Highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly and we loved the view from our room with floor to ceiling windows!

It does take some time to get to Venice from this location but we knew that going into it. As long as you are aware that you have to take a bus to the port and than a ferry into Venice, you'll be fine!

Wonderful

The hotel is a beachfront propert which has an amazing scenery from rooms. The rooms were clean and has refrigerator in it. There is nothing to complain. İt was bang for a buck. The staff was super friendly and the service quality was outstanding.

A step above really comfortable hotel to relax and walk on the beach away from the bustle of tourists, but easily access

Really comfortable, spacious, quiet, on the beach, great breakfast and staff that went out of the way to look after you.

At the time of our visit (April) the food options were better at the end of the lido where the dock area was. (A short bus or cab ride)
